Today’s workforce is experiencing job burnout and stress in epidemic proportions. Workers at all levels feel stressed out, insecure, and misunderstood due to their required abilities both physically and mentally at work and home. The Time and Stress Management skill course explores the causes of such stress, and suggests general and specific stress management techniques that people can use every day.
With this training you will clearly identify work related and personal time wasters and generate ways to overcome them, identify key priorities and goals in life and work, get introduced to practical tools to use at work and ensure prioritizing tasks, in addition to that you will learn to develop a more proactive approach at work, and to learn the essential rules of time management.
